Charlie
has worked for Brevard County since 1974. He started his
employment with South Area Road & Bridge Maintenance,
and was promoted to a supervisory position over the County's
South Area rock quarry in 1981. He was later asked to
lead the Road & Bridge Construction program, and oversaw
such projects as the North Courtenay, Apollo Boulevard
and Minton Road widening projects.
