Ed holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Masters in Public Administration, both from the University of South Florida.  In addition, he possesses more than twenty-five years of experience within both city and county government (the bulk of which involved maintaining publicly owned infrastructure including roads, bridges and utilities).  Prior to accepting his position with the Brevard County Road & Bridge Department, Ed served as the Public Works Director for the City of Cape Canaveral.  His tenure there lasted more than ten years.
