ONLINE INQUIRY/COMPLAINT FORM

If you see a road maintenance problem within the unincorporated areas of the County (i.e., potholes, drainage problems, etc.) you may forward this information to Roadways & Landscaping by completing the following form.

Please note that this WOULD NOT include any roads with a State Road Designation (US1, I-95, etc.) or on a city street. State roads fall under the jurisdiction of the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). FDOT can be reached at (321) 690-3250.

As with any technology based system, processing of these requests may be delayed by system outages and problems. This form SHOULD NOT be used to report emergencies or other serious problems. During Business hours, please contact Roadways & Landscaping directly at (321) 690-6877. After hours emergencies should be reported to (321) 637-6670. Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for processing.
