Scott was hired as a Road & Bridge Maintenance Worker in 1981.  Since then, he has been promoted to various positions within the department, each with increasing levels of responsibility.  In 1995, for example, he was promoted from an Automotive Equipment Operator II, to Project Supervisor.  In 2001, he was promoted to Road Supervisor.  In this latter position, he has separately served residents of the unincorporated areas of Cocoa and Rockledge, and later, those of Merritt Island.  In 2006 he was selected as Area Manager for the Merritt Island/Beaches Service Sector.  As a long-term resident of Merritt Island, Scott is committed to providing quality service to the residents of his Maintenance Sector.
